I've been trying to wean Darlene of off Internet Explorer (the browser that comes with Windows) almost ever since I discovered Firefox. She keeps reverting back to it, even though it has caused numerous issues on her computer. Well, the computer gods seem to have finally taken the issue out of her hands completely since yesterday. Her computer kept rebooting and although I was able to get the reboots to stop, the computer would not stop freezing - as long as she kept using IE. Reverting back to an older version of IE did not fix the issue. Not using IE at all seems to work.Long live the alternate browser....
