Maybe we have a dormant gene in our DNA that remembers what it was like to hibernate with the other mammals. I can't think of any other explanation, because I am surrounded by tired people. Seriously, all I hear all day is how tired people are. I'm tired too. Not too tired to carry on with my day, but if it were perfectly acceptable to take a nap at work for example - I guarantee at least half the place would be snoring away.

Mitch and I were just talking about why we go to bed so early...time on my computer says 5am, and we've been up at least a half hour.
I'm tired now, must have a nap.
Just curious, how old are these people that say they are tired? I always find it odd that most of the people who complain about how tired they are - are usually in their 20s. Just curious.
Pretty much all ages - young ones too.
