Here's the deal - I have a friend in the CIA. This CIA agent can use their agency contacts to have medical scans conducted by satellite of you. The scans could reveal hidden medical problems and my CIA agent friend would then enter your home and administer secret medications while you sleep. In unmarked bills - we don't need any connections to trace back to the CIA.You know I'm joking right? You wouldn't fall for that, right? Well - some folks did.
