The only thing our bedroom is missing is a fireplace. the problem is that most fireplaces are too big to fit in what little space we have left and I don't relish cutting through walls and floors to run the gas line and chimney.Now they have what's called a gel fireplace. It burns Ethanol Alcohol Gel for un-vented fireplace use. Supposedly it even crackles like a wood fire. I am intrigued by this. Does anyone reading this have any experience with alcohol gel fireplaces?
