I blogged about this a while back, but people are now taking notice of the potential of this new technology.

I'm talking solar freakin' roadways people!

It's a thing. It could change everything.

[Update] This seems to have gone nowhere. Millions of dollars in grants and pledges with nothing to show but a strip of road in Sandpoint Idaho that has had its share of problems and generated less than $50 worth of power in over a year (if I read correctly).
