Driving down the hill on Shaganappi Trail headed to Bowness Road and the car in front of me reacts to a car further down the hill that had lost control, panics and spins around right in front of me. Comes to a stop with their headlights facing mine as I calmly turned and went around them.The weather related road madness continues unabated.....
