Another poll for my readers.Everyone in a relationship has likely discovered something that is not appreciated when said to their mate. For example, although in every case, when I say 'relax', I do so with the best of intentions, it is a phrase that really rubs Darlene the wrong way. I mean.... really rubs her the wrong way. Daggers come flying out of eyes and stuff.
So my question to my readers: What innocent word or phrase of yours does not sit well with your mate/spouse?

Hmm, nothing comes to mind from husband, but generally speaking I get irritated when women, call me "Sweetie" or "Dear". Especially when I don't know them or don't LIKE them. Y-see...R
