There's a new technology being introduced at security gates at airports around the world that lets security personnel see what you're hiding under your clothes without having to pat you down. And I do mean that in the most literal sense. There is practically nothing left to the imagination when your image from the Rapiscan device checks you out, as seen in the accompanying pictures. How would people feel if they even detected a hint of a smile on the security personnel after passing through one of these things?
I guess the big bad terrorists will need to hide stuff inside their bodies now. Oh no wait...... you can refuse the machine and ask for a regular pat-down instead. That's really smart.
I wonder what would happen if someone blew themselves up in the hour long lineup at the security gate? Would that require you to show up at the airport the day before your flight, so you had time to be ushered through the gate at 12 persons per hour? How long do we have to keep playing this game and how much more ridiculous does the game have to get before we wise up?
