2 years ago, I blogged about a new (to Calgary) breakfast and lunch place that has its beginnings in Quebec called Cora's. Getting to the one at the far south end of Calgary is always a pain, but I was hopeful that other locations would open closer to where we live.
My wish has come true. On Monday December 8th, a new Cora's opens at Northland Village, at the entrance by the Best Buy store. If you haven't been to a Cora's - try it - it's very good.

It's good and has a great story too. The owner (Cora) started her business with one restaurant after her divorce and having almost nothing. She's a huge success now...
Hey Karl....Pam and I are thinking of going there for breakfast tomorrow. Anything on the menu you would recommend?
It depends on what you like for breakfast. I'm a traditional breakfast kind of guy, so I stick with the eggs and stuff. But they have all kinds of fruit combinations, crepes and tons of other things. I like that I can get a side of baked beans with my breakfast too.
