I often go around trying to get people close to me to just chill and go with the flow when I see them getting too wrapped up in their day to day situations. But I catch myself getting wrapped up in stuff, ignoring my own advice from time to time. Hey - we're all human and need reminders sometimes that some stuff just doesn't matter that much. There are some aspects of our lives that 'worrying', 'freaking out', etc. add no value to.So I smiled when I stumbled onto zenhabits.net's 9 Steps to Achieving Flow (and Happiness) in Your Work. I know what they mean when they refer to 'flow'. It's a very productive state of being.
