Since I have been a trainer for more than 15 years of my life, I'm always interested in new ways of presenting training to people. So my interest was a bit piqued by the discovery of In Pictures, which presents computer tutorials in black and white static screenshot pictures. The idea is that dispensing with colour, animation, text bubbles and narration makes things easier to follow. The site also concentrates on tasks, versus features, arguing that tasks are more meaningful.
I cannot argue that. They don't have a ton of tutorials on tap, but are taking suggestions. Oh yeah... they're free.
