Greener building design

The Bahrain World Trade Centre now gets up to 15% of its electricity from 3 turbines mounted on bridges spanning between the two towers. Thanks to the design of the towers, the prevailing on-shore Gulf breeze is channelled into the path of the turbines, helping to create power generation efficiency. There's a video on the linked site.

Very impressive I can just envision the next James Bond film that involves the villain using the gigantic wind blades to do in our hero. And work in that wonderful revolving lock in Scotland....hmmm it could be called Goldilocks or Turbine Wars or...wait I'm getting a headache...must lie down.
