It's Canada's 140th birthday!

Pictured is the winning poster from the 2007 Canada Day poster challenge. It was made by Sharon Huang (15) from Richmond, BC.

She says, "My poster shows the technological developments Canada has evolved through. I have also drawn the natural beauties and the multicultural society across our country. They all contribute to Canada's independence throughout history, and shape the nation that symbolizes freedom and unique diversity we know as Canada today."
