The more I think about it, the more sense it makes

Here's a concept worth exploring: Vertical Farming. The idea is simple enough - why waste so much real estate growing crops on one plane (or plain, if you don't mind the pun), when you can stack high tech greenhouses on top of each other and grow food where it's needed?
