As you've probably heard, the rules for Daylight Savings Time have changed. If your copy of Windows XP is set to auto-update, you probably have the one that adjusts for the new DST rules. If you're not sure, go to Add / Remove programs and look for the hotfix numbered KB931836. If it's installed, you're good to go. But what if you own a Palm PDA?
