As I get older, I am fascinated by the changes my body goes through. One of the things I notice more frequently is that my brain and my appendages no longer seem to be in sync. When my brain tells my arms or legs to move in a certain manner, they obey, but seem to flail a little further afield than they should to get from point 'A' to point 'B'. This essentially results in a more frequent stubbing of toes........... knees............ elbows................ hands. Just tonight I was bringing my arm around to my front and almost 'fwapped' Darlene upside her head. I didn't do it on purpose........ I swear! Am I going to need to wear protective gear soon? If so - I want what the guy pictured is wearing (not Santa - the other guy).

The machine not quite in tune anymore
