Hey America....... you know your beloved John Roberts, from the CBS Evening News? Betcha didn't know he's from Canada. Betcha didn't know he got his (recognizable to all Canadians) start as a VJ on Much Music (Canada's superior version of MTV). Back then he was known as JD Roberts.Want me to prove it to you? So, what's yer point? JD was a vj for about a second of his career when he was in his twenties. He progressed into the news market very quickly. He's been a journalist much longer than both a dj and vj. It was a stepping stone. What were you doing in your twenties?
I was simply highlighting a slice of history. It wasn't meant as an insult........
