According to Snopes, this is a true story. Some guy built a house. The house ruined the neighbour's view. Neighbour complained about the roof line (exceeding regulation heights and whatnot) to the city. Guy had to change roof. Change costs money. Guy also adds nice cactus-shaped vents to house - facing neighbour. Neighbour not happy. I wonder why? TV news clip here (does not play in Firefox).Thanks to Ernest for the tip.
