Dream - Art & Culture of Burning Man

I am quite fascinated by the Burning Man phenomenon. That's what it is, a phenomenon. Creative, open-minded people coming together to share and experience their own artistic creations in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. We could learn a lot from these people and their attitudes.

This video captures a very small glimpse of what it's about.

I'm not sure about the logistics, but based on the people I know who have attended this event a few times, the level of cooperation at this event is unprecendented. It's as if everyone leaves their ego at the door. There are many sanitation facilities set up. I think the key is to go in a self-contained vehicle / camper configuration and bring everything you'd need to live in isolation for a week, because there are no 'stores' per se. Water. Bring lots of water.
