The problem with comparing incandescent bulbs to their more efficient brethren is that it's no longer fair to compare using watts of energy used. So the US government made it the law to allow consumers to compare bulbs on fairer terms. The labels you see here are an example of the new labelling to be seen soon (if not already).We need this in Canada too.
