Hmm, the sidewalk engineers cannot read a diagram correctly and obviously got "right" mixed up with "left" yes?
However, there seems to be plenty of room to make correction here. It takes time for cement to set up, some doofus could have called planning or the contractor. Hope they didn't get paid until its' fixed. Retro
