My wish list to Microsoft

In my new job, I have suddenly become a heavy user of Outlook, in particular - the Calendar function. But try as I may, sometimes I find this feature leaving me wanting. So much that I end up reverting back to a plain old printed calendar.

Someday, I would like to see Outlook's calendar hold more than just appointments and meetings. I'd like it to support adding little notes, colour-coded icons to signify various types of status or other types of information (of my choosing). Because in my world, there are more status levels than free, tentative and busy. You can't even add a task to the calendar as is and have it show up in a time slot.

Besides, I want to be in the next commercial where I get to say "Outlook 2010...... I made this."

Tried the 'categorize' function?

I know about categorize. It's an improvement, but doesn't accommodate my need for more 'types' of objects in the calendar.
