Maybe it was the photographer's idea...

You know how all babies look adorable to their parents even when other folks might think otherwise? I think the same principle may be at work with regards to engagement photos. Because some pictures may look fantastic to the couple in the photos, but to the unbiased observer, thoughts of "What were they thinking?" abound.

Here's a site that demonstrates just what I mean. Not all of the pictures are odd or unusual, but some of them had me canting my head slightly to one side like a confused dog. Like this one, where the guy has 'caught' his girl with a fishing hook. Appropriate? You be the judge.....
