Guess who the music companies are suing now?

Ellen Degeneres. And rightfully so, as she's been dancing to thousands of un-licensed songs on her show without paying a dime. I'm kidding. I don't want Ellen to get sued.

So OK, record companies aren't actually suing Ellen, they're going after the producers of the show. What's interesting is that the show is produced by a part of Time-Warner, which means if you look at the lawsuit in a certain way, the company is suing itself.
