This is a cruel test because there's a chance you might not pick your favourite search engine. The deal is that at
this site, your search is done as part of a blind search engine test. The results are delivered from Google, Yahoo! and Bing (Microsoft's new search), but in a manner that obfuscates where they came from. You pick the results you like best and it will tell you what search engine provided those results.
Keep in mind that there is a lot missing from the actual experience of using these search engines, such as image thumbnails, suggestions, refine queries etc., in the interest of keeping the results anonymous.

Hmm, no results from any actually. for some time now I have been looking for a picture of William Bendix in particular a scene from "The Life of Riley" A TV sitcom from the 50's and one you would probably not have ever seen. One of the punch lines in reaction to what ever situation Bendix found himself would invariably be a slap to the side of his face and the utterance, "What a revoltin' development". Or as nearly as I can remember. I wanted to picture to make a similar point in one of my blogs, but alas did not find picture. I probably put in too many words in the search....sigh
Yeah, I think the test is meant to judge search results based upon simple searches. Besides, it won't give you any different result than if you went to the actual search site and plugged in your search there....
heheh. i chose one column and it turned out to be my beloved google! nice.
