My encounter with the Olympic torch

Last weekend while visiting the little neighbourhood festival in Marda Loop known as Marda Gras, I had access to the Olympic torch for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

My schedule doesn't allow me to be part of the official torch run, so....

...of course I posed with it.
