With the passing of Walter Cronkite, the torch of 'America's Most Trusted Newscaster' had to be passed on to somebody. It seems that somebody is none other than Jon Stewart, anchor at The Daily Show. The green states voted for Jon.

What exactly does that say about the state of the news business? Or the state of America for that matter. I mean.... the 'states' of America.
