It's Caramelized Onion Confit made by Brickstone Fine Foods and it comes in a 10 oz jar. It is amazing on cheese and crackers and although I haven't tried it yet, it will also be good on burgers.
I tried to find this stuff to get some for myself and found it at Bon Ton Meat Market, but then I found it even cheaper at Lina's Italian Supermarket on Centre Street. Sure - it's an expensive treat. But we all need treats from time to time.
