You know litigation has gone too far when....

.... a woman alleges that she had only recently learned to her dismay that "crunchberries" (in Captain Crunch Crunchberry cereal) are in fact simply brightly-coloured balls of cereal. She sued on behalf of herself and all similarly situated consumers who believed that there are fields somewhere filled with crunchberry bushes.

She lost.

Did you notice what I noticed? It says right on the box: "...with imitation berries".
