Should the company that makes your smart phone have the right to exclusivity over the applications that you can put on that phone? This is a fundamental question that Apple will need to answer in the coming years, as people are getting torqued over the fact that breaking an iPhone is against the law (DMCA), yet Apple continues to have the final say over whether a newly invented app for the popular iPhone can be sold in the official iTunes store.
As this article points out, sometimes the reasons Apple gives for blocking their support are pretty lame.
