It couldn't be a trinitron because sony uses dots not bars
Hi-def LCD screen. Sony uses vertical wires (aperture grille)in-between the emitter and phosphor coated glass instead of the round holes in a shadow mask, so no dots in a trinitron.
It is an LCD TV screen. Hugh Jass..... your name sounds very familiar to me.....
