Plastics revolutionized many industries, from packaging to kitchen gadgets. But in my mind, the very first, coolest thing plastics made possible (in my life anyway)... was none other than the Marx Big Wheel! Oh yeah. Aside from the axle and various joints, that kids' transportation miracle was made entirely of plastic.2009 is the 40th anniversary of the Big Wheel.
