NASA 'lost' one of their experiment spiders on the International Space Station (ISS). The spiders were sent up there to see how they would manage spinning their webs (turns out - not very well).What NASA won't admit is that the 'missing' spider has somehow stumbled across some kind of space experiment gear that turns the ordinary spider into some kind of hungry mutant spido-beast. Because... well... that would be bad for publicity now, wouldn't it?
Or maybe the spider escaped before the launch (as hinted in the picture).
