Peugeot is working on a new scooter concept that makes it safer and shields the riders somewhat from the elements (safety cage), handles better (2 front wheels), and is more efficient (electric hybrid technology in the front wheels).How does 118mpg (50km/l) sound?

At the moment, it's just a concept scooter. Also, I would be surprised if you see any in North America. I don't know about the US, but I've not seen many Peugeot scooters in Canada.
