To all of my Canadian readers, here's hoping you're enjoying a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. We're making our turkey dinner today. In fact, I'm just about to get started on my home-made stuffing. tHANKSGIVING is my favoriter holiday! Wish we got to celebrate early youse folks. I love pumpkin pie, a true pumpkin pie must meet the following requirement;
When sliced, you must be able to hold the pie in your hand without anything sliding off, the pie must be firm not mushy. R
Then I would say her pie meets your specifications.....
