Chillin in the summer

July 2008 was one of the coolest, wettest Julys on record in Calgary. We had 1 day where the temperature was above 30C (86F). There were 7 days where the high temperature didn't break 20C (68F). We also had an unusually high number of rainy days. Normally by now, the grass is all brown and dead. Not this year.

I for one am not complaining one bit, although I know many people who love hot weather and are very disappointed.

OMG, has Mitch been telling you how much I have been complaining about the crappy summer? Right now as I look out at the lake it is a whopping 56F/13C. I for one have had enough and am leaning toward Hawaii.
