Don't take your decades-old photos to WalMart to scan - copyright lasts forever.This story is incredible. Not unbelievable, just incredible. First of all, what right does a WalMart employee have professing to be a copyright expert. Second, there was no visible sign that the photos weren't just personal prints, in which case, there is no copyright. Third, even if it was a studio print, if you can't solicit permission from the studio because they're all dead........
