All the music you want..... for a small fee

Here's a great article by the Electronic Frontier Foundation's (EFF) Fred von Lohmann on the proposal to pay a license fee in exchange for the unlimited right of consumers to download music, in any format, using any protocol.

I hope this scenario becomes a reality some time soon.
