Let those recipes go.... edition 2 (reader submission)

I just received the first reader submission, so here we go - courtesy of Jim and Pam....

Hot Seafood Dip (one of our favourites)

1 Pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
1 Can crab meat
1 Can baby shrimp
1 Tbsp of green onion
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
3 Tbsp of green or red peppers ( you can do half and half if preferred )
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced almonds (optional)

Blend all of these ingredients together and put in an oven safe casserole dish, cover top with sliced almonds. Heat @ 350 deg. for approx. 30 minutes. Stir and serve warm with assorted crackers.

Sure to be a favourite at any will never have leftovers.
