We have this wonderfully funny TV comedy in Canada called This Hour Has 22 Minutes. It's basically like a Canadian version of SNL's Weekend Update..... if it lasted a half hour.I was reminded today of this brilliant skit where Colin Mochrie (of Whose Line Is It Anyway?) delivers an apology to Americans. It's really sincere. No.................. not really......
