Hallowe'en paraphernalia arrived in stores in early August here. I mean, we really need at least 10 weeks to prepare for it.Not to be outdone, Sears has already trotted out the Wish Book catalogue. It arrived in the mail last week. This gives the average family 13 weeks to pick out potential Christmas presents if we don't even count the month of December......
