And so it continues

So, my second term of 'Intro to Acting for Adults' comes to a close. I was expecting we would go a lot deeper into the craft during term two, but since we had some folks enrolled that had not taken term one, it might have slowed the evolution. No harm done. It was a return to playtime for Karl and a chance to meet more new people. We didn't have hardly any drop-outs this time - the group has a great vibe, is committed and I think made a solid connection. Of course, the elements of the course that I enjoyed most involved improvisation. Last night, we played a kind of charades with the rules modified so that the actors really had to use their imaginations to get results. It was the most fun I've had in a long time.

In the near future, I'm going to be hosting a get-together for my classmates to socialize and explore what happens next for us individually, or perhaps even as a group. I don't think this is the end for anyone. It certainly isn't for me.
