Back in July 2004, I blogged about a business idea I have for if (or maybe I should say when) Canada legalizes marijuana.Well, with the Conservatives in power, we know that isn't going to happen any time soon, so I have a backup plan. Imagine a fleet of trucks that wander industrial parks, mall parking lots and construction sites selling............. Tim Horton's coffee and donuts! Let it sink in.............
