Linux............. It's not just for geeks anymore

There are still a lot of naysayers around (in North America anyway - land of Microsoft) that proclaim Linux is not ready for the desktop just yet. Don't tell that to the Europeans, who've been transitioning from Windows to Linux for years and continue to do so at a breakneck rate. Some may argue still that the learning curve for changing to Linux would be high, thereby eliminating the so called low cost of switching. Ah yes, but once the users are comfortable with Linux, the cost savings will begin to unfold..... and multiply. Can you say "bye bye licensing?"......
