Where's the beef?

While at one of our bigger malls yesterday, we decided to eat supper at East Side Marios. I used to like their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, so I ordered it again. What a joke! OK.... imagine a cook making a bunch of steaks on the grill (minute steaks - not sirloin). Now imagine the little bits that fall off from around the edges while it's being cooked. I'll refer to it as "steak lint" (they call it shaved steak). Now imagine enough of this stringy stuff has collected on the grill to fill the palm of your hand. That's pretty much what ended up in my baguette yesterday. I mean, there was more cheese, peppers and onions than there was actual meat. Badda-Bing, badda-boom! Where once there was steak, now it is gone............

This poor excuse for a Philly costs $10. Makes the $17 I pay for a nice 7oz top sirloin at Joey Tomato's seem like a real bargain.
