I found what may be the best laid out web site about healthy foods. The World's Healthiest Foods will give you the goods on what great nutrients are in the best things to eat.

For example, a 1/4 cup of walnuts contains almost the entire daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids. Cool. Check out all the good stuff garlic has in it.......
