Presenting the new packaging planned for Microsoft Windows Vista and Office 2007.
Designed to be user-friendly, the new packaging is a small, hard, plastic container that’s designed to protect the software inside for life-long use. It provides a convenient and attractive place for you to permanently store both discs and documentation.
Obviously, the designer knows little about Microsoft. Everyone knows there's no such thing as 'documentation' coming with a Microsoft product. They didn't mention anything about the built-in Linux detector, that shrieks every time it detects a Linux install CD nearby.
Am I the only one thinking Apple's gonna one-up these guys and build a lava lamp or something into their next packaged product?
