DRM awareness

Tuesday October 3rd is Anti-DRM day.

If you don't know what DRM is, or if you don't think it's important to understand, this day was created especially for you. DRM is something that, if left unchecked, will seriously cripple every consumer entertainment device you buy - preventing you from doing numerous practical (and legal) things with your music, movies, electronic books, etc.

Do yourself a favour and learn about this issue before the entertainment industry buys.... sorry..... "lobbies" your government into allowing this nonsense to get worse. My clients who use iTunes and Windows' protected WMA are already feeling the pain....

By the way, there is a way to get entertainment without DRM................. you download it off the internet. Ironic, huh?
