My apologies. If you're not from Canada, you wouldn't recognize where the group is standing. They're right in front of the Parliament building (where our government sits). Those hats are made to look like maple leafs (like the kind we have on our flag), but the hats are actually made of coloured aluminum foil - they're brain-wave shields. Liberals often feel they're in danger anytime there's a large concentration of conservatives in the area......
