Prevent email ooops(es)

Here's a great tip from Lifehacker regarding email. Don't let yourself accidentally send an email before it's really ready - fill in the "to" address field last. That way, if you hit the send button by accident, you didn't send anything anywhere. A commenter to the article added their own tip - add attachments first. This prevents the dreaded "I'm sending the attachment for real this time....... no really".
